Mother and Child HealthCare Pattan, Kohistan

Mother and Child Healthcare Center Pattan, Kohistan is contributing towards improving health of the local community since 2012. MCHC is the only facility in Pattan, Kohistan which provides 24/7 medical service to the local community. 

In the months of May-June, 2020, more than 800 patients were facilitated through General OPD department at MCHC. Moreover, the MCHC team joined District Health Department and District Administration in prevention and response campaign, against COVID-19 and donated oxygen equipment along with the provision of ambulance services. Mr. Khalid Khan (Deputy Commissioner) and Dr. Mohammad Geer (District Health Officer) appreciated a noble commitment of PMS towards ensuring 24/7 health services to the remote populations through the dedicated staff.
