Job Purpose: To assist the Project Manager in developing the strategies for purchases required for the implementation of projects. Admin/Finance officer will also be responsible to report Senior Manager Operations against policies and procedures of administration, fleet, and fixed assets.

Job Description: The job will involve a large number of desk activities and includes in and out stations staff movement and activities. The Admin/Finance officer will have to develop thorough knowledge about office files, data compilation, compliances of official payments according to the PMS rules and regulations. This position in the Admin /Finance department needs close coordination with the Finance department to follow payment updates. He/she will have to develop a thorough overall knowledge of the projects/programmes, to be familiar with PMS implementing strategies so that he/she can effectively report on them.

Job Specifications:
Education:
 Master’s Degree/16 years of Education in Business Administration or related discipline.
Desirable:  3-5 years of experience providing a whole range of administration and logistics services to an organization.  Experience of working in NGOs/INGOs will be preferred.
 Computer office automation course.
 Local Candidates will be preferred.
Functional Competencies/Skills:
 Advanced knowledge of computerized systems and demonstrable experience of working with computerized logistic packages & spreadsheets.
 Strong communication skills & ability to develop close working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
 Experience in working in insecure environments and of implementing security policies.
 Determination in achieving results.
 Self-management skills.
 Able to respond to changes under Flexibility and resilience in work schedules & patterns.
 Innovative approach.
 Managing office supplies stock.
 Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
