Thematic Goals
The Youth Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) of Pak Mission Society is a transformative initiative designed to equip young people with the skills, character, and opportunities they need to become confident leaders and agents of change in their communities. Through a blend of leadership training, mentorship, experiential learning, and community engagement, YLDP nurtures responsible, innovative, and socially aware youth who can positively contribute to Pakistan’s development. The programme builds on PMS’s long-standing commitment to empowering the next generation and fostering resilient, inclusive, and vibrant communities.
