Hajul Khatoon, a 36-year-old resident of Punhal Katohar village works as a dally wage laborer to support her family of 9 members. Her family suffered terrible circumstances as their house building collapsed in the flood of 2022 leaving them without shelter. they were left without shelter, forced to live in temporary tents with poor sanitation, scarce nutrition, and an uncertain future. The loss of their home deeply affected their well-being.

Recognizing the family’s urgent need for shelter, the Pak Mission Society intervened. One-room shelter was built, offering a secure and stable living space for the family. The family’s living conditions underwent a significant Improvement. The one-room shelter provided them with a safe and dignified place to call home. With a roof over their heads and walls to shield them from the elements, the family found comfort and security.

The new shelter significantly improved their living conditions, offering safety and dignity. With a roof over their heads, the family found comfort and stability. Today, Hajul Khatoon and her family are stress-free, working to improve their lives with renewed hope. The Intervention by PMS has enhanced their quality of life and restored their hope for a better future.
